Fun LaBoracay Weekend 2015

As my summer adventure continues, I'm happy to share about what happened during my fun and crazy weekend in Boracay Island for Labor Day Weekend! It's been a week, but I am still on high. 

This trip is so special because it was my first time to experience the event, but not my first time in the island ( I don't know if I will do it again) and first time to travel with my friends from Manila, outside Manila! :) Can you believe it?! We booked our plane tickets separately as early as January this year after our year end party at the Valkyrie.

We arrived three days before the weekend to relax, chill and enjoy the summer activites available in the island (I will blog about it soon). There were series of parties that you can choose to go to and all you have to do is to put a lot of effort to walk to Station 1 from Station 2. HAHAHA

Our first night was so chill.

Sunkissed Boracay 2015

Jonah was the last one who arrived at the island, so we were so excited to go out that night and see the party scenes. I also invited Hendrix to join us. Group photo first before we leave.

Knockout Beach Party

We bought our tickets for Manny Pacquiao and May Weather fight at Boracay Regency, we choose the ticket with buffet and beach front party at night.

It was not crowded at the party as expected, but whatever it was our last night at the island and we paid for it plus we love the DJs! What I like about the party is having water guns to shoot people with beer! HAHAHA!

Girls Night Out presents: Where do bitter notes go?

3...2...1...

"Where do bitter notes go? can they find their way home?"

One thing I do whenever I'm in travel is to at least have one bottle or one glass of drink to have a cheers! Happy hour to congratulate myself that I made it to other place. On our first night in Sagada, we passed by two looking good cafe that obviously selling drinks. I said to Carissa that we should have a drink there, just one bottle.

On our last night in Sagada, we checked the two cute spots: Kimchi and Sagada Pine Cafe, the other cafe was full of people drinking and eating and we find the ambiance not cool. #sorry So we went to this cute cool cafe with just two ladies. Inside the cafe looks like a mess, but all of them are artworks! Too bad, some of the people who just peek inside just passed by and go to the other bar. #notaste Anyway, we loved it because there were just few people inside.

We ordered rice wine because we are in Sagada and rice wine is their specialty local drink. The drink is hard as pure lambanog! PHP70.00/glass

That night was Valentine's Day so happy to have a date with Carissa! Truly girls night out. :)

The note says: We have beers as cold as your ex heart. 

For the record, Sagada is already known for soul searching destination. You can really find peace of mind there. Not until the movie The Thing Called Tadhana inspires everyone to go there, so make sure you have to take note of the reminders and tips on how you will enjoy Sagada.

While surrounded by notes, I decided not to leave one because there are too much already and I don't have any bitter messages to leave in this place because for me, this is one of the happiest places I've ever been to and seriously, I want to go back! *insert awww...

Photo Diary: Sinulog Weekend 2015

Here's the recap of my Sinulog Weekend 2015. No scandalous photos just pure fun. 

#NextACTSinulog is the hashtag that Globe set for this year Sinulog Festival. I had a sneak peek of their Gen 3 store they put up in Limketkai Mall, Cagayan de Oro, SM North Edsa, Quezon City and Manila that simultaneously open for public. I went to church to offer a prayer by lightning candles, no mass when I went there and look at the crowd! Before everything else, such as partying on Friday and Saturday night.

Another thing, I tried to do this year is to go to an open event and for FREE. Great line up of DJs:
DJ BadKiss, DJ Callum David, DJ Mars Miranda and DJ Eric Capili.

Liv Super Club

I went out with my brother's girlfriend, Gladys! We went to Liv Super Club for the Elektromundo Pre-Party at 12 midnight to catch up some fun! I missed the DJ Deuce Manila, but that's alright DJ Arra mixes were awesome! It was her first time there so she had fun.

We're on the right side wearing white tees and this guy dance moves was cool.

 

Changed location, but still on stage facing the DJ and this Aussie first time in Cebu to experience Sinulog Festival. Hooray!

We went home at 2:30AM.
