Sea You Soon!

The whole month of July was kinda loco when it comes to the weather and to my health. I mentioned that one of my "Don'ts" is swimming at the beach because it's salty here. Felt like my relationship with the beach is on the rocks!

My swimming outfit is familiar? YES! I was not able to prepare on what-to-wear-to-the-beach which I already explained here. Same rash guard and board shorts, but different island! :)

I was kinda sleepy that day when I decided to lie down and just enjoying the sun, air and the beach. My friend caught me in the act. Thanks for the photos, Cybil!

As promised, here's the series of my underwater shots, more deeper and brighter this time.

Looking forward to have other pose under water soon. Can't wait!

Hello guys! This is crazy, I had a bad flu the other day, it was crazy chilling at work and didn't bring my jacket to ease the cold. It must because of the weather I've mentioned on my previous post.  

Dress down Friday was a good excuse to wear something lazy, but comfy at work. I gave my new sandals from Charcoal a spin! I know, I know, it looks like Birkenstock, how can I resist not to buy them when all I think of my childhood. This type of sandals was part of my childhood footwear. HAHA!  Plus Charcoal slippers and sandals have great quality and good for outdoor activities too. I have sandals and wore it on my travels.

Also, blame the polyvore for some inspirations what to wear to match these sandals. 

Great inspiration right? I had to look in my closet for my loose soft pants after not wearing it for so long (admit it, you memorize your pants even if you are not wearing it always you know that you-have-that-kind-of-pants thinking) These pants are not slim, I bought this during summertime last year, I like how I can feel still feel comfortable wearing pants under the heat of the sun. 

See? looks like a boyfriend pants! 

I just went to see my Doctor, a dermatologist for my skin rashes appeared after my fever. I have an allergy and because of some bad air I inhaled somewhere out there and caused me skin irritation and itchiness. Okay, a new building constructing in front of our home so for the past week I've been inhaling smell of plastic, rubber, paints and cement and it goes to my window while me working in front of my computer. I think that's an exact explanation about that. 

I have the list of DO NOT EAT THESE list and NO SWIMMING for TWO WEEKS. :O

I have a beach trip next week, this is a bad news for me, but I have to follow my Doctor's advice or else.... 

This is not a first time for my don'ts. I've mentioned on this post whenever I swim, I got rashes. BLAH. 

So there, so much for rants. I just can't take this. We all know it's very expensive when we are sick, when we talk about the medicines, but it's our health, so we have to take care of our body. I'm feeling fine, except for the itchiness and rashes.

DIET: Mooshi Green Smoothie + Juice Bar

HELLO THERE! Sareeeh for the uppercase letters. I am so full of energy while writing this. I am so happy to find online sellers that offer Healthy Juices for Cleansing and to stay sexy and fit. As much as I would love to try it, some of them doesn't have any physical store to visit and try one of their mixed juices.

I was happy when I found a kiosk selling green smoothie when I went to SM City Cebu to get my requested NSO. I was drained from work (take note: second day of work 2014) and I was sleepy because I was so busy touring around my Mom while she was here in Cebu, so I was aiming for something to drink that can give me an energy until I get home. (Nobody wants to sleep inside the jeepney or taxi, right?) :D

I was overwhelmed with their menu and I had a hard time choosing what I want to drink, I want to try all of them! Not until I saw this on their menu:

I admit that I had too much drink that night and it was hard checking out the hotel and catch up my flight with hang over the next day. I heard that Anne Curtis did cleansing to washed away all the alcohol from her slapping incident in a club somewhere at The Fort, I also want to do the same thing. Sad to say, I haven't seen any or where am I these past few months? Mooshi Green Bar is here in the city for already two months! :O

This solves my problem, so next time I will drink again, I know where to order and ask to deliver these bottles for me! Yes! They deliver for minimum of three bottles. :3

Since it was my first time to visit their store and I was sleepy, I ordered Power "Energy Booster"

I have to insert a heart icon because I haven't changed my nail polished from the holiday vacation. Guess I am so attached with it until now. :D

I love the taste. It has a taste of a little bit of bitterness, but you can definitely handle it. If you can drink hard liquors drink, then you can drink all of this.  Yummy! :D
